The terms “Learning & training” differ in many factors, re-doing an aspect does not mean you have learnt it, it’s just you got habituated to it. In the same way excelling the academics may not represent that you have learnt. It represents your qualification. In the other hand, Training represents that you gained capability of doing something .

Role of academics:
“Ofcourse!, Academics plays a vital role in priorties of eligibilities”. And they provide clear guidance with information regarding the curriculum. But, According to the education system, the capabilities of students are categorised based on their academic performance and the grades acquired.
“You can’t make a pot just by reading the manual procedure of pot making”. For example, Consider pottery, the making of pot is not very easy task as it appears to be, only the potters who are experts can do that easily in an efficient manner. Only they know the technique of moulding it into a beautiful pot.
In the same way, you must know about self capabilities. So, that you can construct yourself as an efficient person, but you cannot see the difference unless you try it practically. You may not get succeeded in the first trial itself, but you will definitely realise what it will take the rest to get through.
Besides a student’s cause should not be limited with academic excellence, one should gain knowledge towards many aspects besides academics.

Even the employers do test an employee to recruit, based on their logical ability, To test whether the student is capable to mend through the regulations of the organisation and be competitive and efficient?..
Reasoning and descriptive abilities are tested through psychometric tests, some logical questioning and the communicational ability is a must for any employment in order to check your ability to merge in a team and loyalty towards peers.

This is the question that most of the students look solution for ? To develop these skills, no books or lessons are required. Active participation in the activities, practical utilisation of academics and volunteering for the social activities would make a difference.
The knowledge of a student should not be limited to academics, The abilities beyond should also be prioritised.
“Academics are to represent the student’s Qualification, but doesn’t define ability… “, a student should not be evaluated based on their academic performance besides, abilities must be tested.
Moreover, Students should not focus only on academics, besides Practical knowledge is very important. The abilities to handle a situation, Teamwork, Leadership qualities are necessary. Self constructiveness and skill development is a must.”
